We are excited to offer pet-friendly one- and two-bedroom apartments in La Vista, NE as your new home, just take a look at our floor plans! Brentwood Park Apartments has spacious layouts that are ready to accommodate your lifestyle. To make your move here as hassle-free as possible, check out our flexible leases, or better yet, find your happy place among our furnished floor plans.

Move-In Fees

All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $75 application fee. Once the application is approved, a $300 non-refundable holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. This is an automatic charge applied towards your move-in costs. Upon move-in, you will be responsible for paying a security deposit.


Garages with remote openers are offered for $100 per month based on availability.
