Every apartment will be painted and thoroughly cleaned. Maintenance will make any necessary repairs in the apartment as well.
We offer 24-hour emergency standby maintenance service.

We try to get to every maintenance request as soon as we are able to.
You do not need to be present, but you can request that you prefer to be.

Yes, there is open parking for everyone.
All units have a full-size washer and dryer provided. In 1-bedroom units, laundry is located in the kitchen. In 2-bedroom units, there is a separate laundry room.
Yes, 5 buildings are pet-friendly and 5 buildings are not.
There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee where applicable and additional monthly pet rent per pet in the unit. Please see our Pet Policy on the Amenities page for additional information.
There are weight and breed restrictions for dogs. Please contact the office for more details.
No. There are pet waste stations around the property and there is a paved walking trail across the street.

$500-700 Security Deposit, $40 Administrative Fee, and prorated rent plus any additional amenities or services you sign up for.

We will provide a letter with the phone number for OPPD which is for your electric bill. You call them and have the apartment number set up in your name.

Longer lease terms are typically cheaper than shorter lease options. There are no advantages to paying rent in advance.
If you break your lease early, a 60-day notice is required and the fee is 200% of your monthly rental rate.
